Elaine Watrous, owner of Elite Fiduciary Services, is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary, National Certified Guardian and Certified Senior Advisor®, serving clients as their Trustee, Executor or Successor. She also serves as Trust Protector, Conservator, Power of Attorney for Financial or Health Care, Social Security Representative Payee and assists clients with daily money management.

Elaine has over 30 years’ experience as a small business manager. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude – Accounting and Finance) from Cal State University Fullerton (CSUF) after studying Criminal Justice and Sociology. Elaine learned the art of Trust Administration while working with a well-respected, values-based law firm in Orange County and became an Advisory Board Member to the CSUF Professional Fiduciary Management Trustee’s Program in 2012.

Ms. Watrous has written several articles about the role of trustee and has spoken at groups throughout Orange County informing the public how Professional Fiduciaries can help the elderly and others who are vulnerable and who need an advocate for their protection against financial abuse and fraud.

Elaine is a member of the Orange Chamber of Commerce, Orange County Bar Association, American Association of Daily Money Managers, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, Coordinating Council of Orange County, Professional Fiduciary Association of California, National Guardianship
Association and the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

Elaine volunteers at the Council on Aging’s Orange County FAST (Financial Abuse Specialist Team) is the past President of the Orange County Professional Fiduciaries Chapter and is the current Secretary of the Southern Region of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC).
