Please Note: Elite Fiduciary Services bills exclusively by the hour. The current hourly rates for licensed fiduciaries range from $150 – $275 and are dependent upon the task being performed. The hourly rates for unlicensed staff range from $75 – $125 and are dependent upon skill level and experience of the staff member performing the task. Detailed fee schedules are included in introductory packets provided during initial consultation meetings with prospective clients.

At Elite Fiduciary Group, we believe that there is no one size fits all solution for our fiduciary services. Each one of our clients is different. Therefore, we formulate individualized solutions, customized to your unique needs.
Our fees are charged while we are actively serving you and are charged annually or hourly depending on the nature of services.
Court Supervised Cases
For court supervised cases, our fiduciaries charge a fixed hourly rate of $200.
Trust And Probate Administration
Our trust and probate administration services are calculated based on the total gross assets held by the principal, taking into account receipts, gains and losses incurred during the process. They are computed as follows.
- 4% of the initial $100,000
- 3% of the following $100,000
- 2% of the following $800,000
- 1% of the following $9,000,000
- 0.5% of the following $15,000,000
- After $25,000,000, court discretion will be applied
Trusteeships & Executorships
Our trustee fiduciary services are charged annually and the pricing is subject to the type of trust, value and complexity of the assets. We charge a maximum of 1% of gross assets per annum and our fee rates will fall below the 1% charge as the value of the asset increases.
Conservatorships Of Person/Estate
Petitioning a court for conservatorship in California starts from $1000 and can go all the way up to $18000 depending on the complexity of the case. The fiduciary service cost for the conservatorship after it is granted will be charged annually depending on the size of the estate or assets held by the principal and the maximum charge will be 1% of gross assets and resources.
Powers Of Attorney – Health And Financial
Our power of attorney services in California are charged on an hourly basis and the exact rate depends on the complexity of your needs. On average, we charge $200 hourly.
Bill Payment Services
Our bill payment services are priced depending on the number of accounts you need our private fiduciaries to manage for you. As a result, you will only pay what you need to – nothing more.
